Graduating from the Australian Institute of Fitness in 2010 and with over 10 years experience, Taylor has built her Personal Training company to provide her clients with the best quality Personal Training and services.
Taylor has developed first hand knowledge of Health, Training & Rehabilitation through years as a playing member of the Women’s Australian Baseball Team and Woodville West Torrens Football Club.
Taylor has always had a firey passion for all sports, but her dedication and to her own fitness proven when she won the Goodlife Dernancourt 12 Week Transformation Challenge with an astounding weight loss of 31kg. This was the birth of her mission; to create a sustainably healthy lifestyle for her and her clients.
Taylor has been a team player her whole life, always having had a passion for serving and leading those who are searching to be the better version of themselves. She implements what has worked for every client - practical dieting and a variety of training styled. All this while coaching you on how to be a better human and all round badass.
She has since continued to up-skill and add to her qualifications, completing a certificate in Nutrition for Exercise Professionals & a Certificate 2 in Security Operations. It is important to Taylor to be an example for clients in any industry. Moving forward, TMT will provide a platform that will set out to help anyone who has committed to bettering their well being.
